About Our Products
All our products are baked fresh daily. We do not use any preservatives in our products.
Are you Halal certified?
We are not a Halal certified kitchen but we do not use any alcohol and gelatine in our products.
Do you have any gluten free products?
Our Mochi Cakes and Mochi Donuts are gluten free and are absolutely delicious.
NOTE: All of our products, including our gluten free products, are made in a kitchen that processes the following major allergens: wheat, egg, milk and nuts

Every order will be accompanied with an email confirmation. If you did not receive yours, please check your spam inbox. If not, do reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to resend it.
Yes! You may include a gift message right before checking out.
If you forgot to, or was not able to add a gift message - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the note you would like us to update your order with.
Please note, we will need at least 3 days notice to make an edit to your order with a gift note. If under 3 days, please reach out to us anyway, and we will do our best - however, it is not guaranteed.
Self-collection will be at 127 Telok Kurau Lorong L S(425562).
Self-collections will be from 3pm to 7pm.
Drop us a text or call at 9880 5721 when you arrive and we will see you at the guardhouse.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, of course! Be sure to ask them to pass us the name used to place the order.
Deliveries will take place daily from 2pm to 7pm.
Can I Specify My Delivery Date?
You can actually select the delivery date for your order at checkout.
Unfortunately, we're not able to specify a delivery time for your order to arrive.
We recommend scheduling your order to arrive at least 1 day early if you are planning a time-sensitive event. Do remember to check out our care & storage instructions on the individual product pages if you are ordering your items earlier.
Change of Delivery Date
If you wish to change your delivery date, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your preferred date. Do note that we will need at least 3 working days notice from your chosen delivery date to make any changes.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
We do not allow any cancellations. All orders made are final.
We do not accept returns, offer exchanges and/or grant refunds on any products sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the products.
